About Olivier

Based in London, born in France, and working globally, I lead and support teams who have the ambition to innovate and transform through disruptive technology change.

Years of experience of navigating the successive waves of digital change have shaped us for the challenges of the future.

I've lived through the early days of the digital age, in the first wave of digital agencies in London, when the internet started to reinvent business models and pioneering new disciplines of cognitive psychology and usability research.
Then I built more hands-on strategy skills as Head of Strategy at O2 in the UK during the extraordinary growth of mobile and mobile internet, and after that, got to work at the BBC through the shift of traditional TV viewing into streaming.
And in the last 15 years, I grew the advisory and design practice of Deloitte Digital in London, partnering with our clients to imagine and deliver remarkable innovation and transformation across Web, eCommerce, Mobile, Automotive, Payments, and more recently with modernising Marketing with AI/GenAI.

I am recognised for a human-centred approach that unites strategy, innovation and design, and for fostering innovative and inclusive cultures.
